e Ration Card is a PDF format of Digital Ration Card, issued by the authority under the Food and Supplies Department, Government of West Bengal. e-Ration Card has the same validity as printed digital ration card and can be used to draw food grains and kerosene oil under a public distributor system for the fair-price shop.

Beneficiaries who have linked their Aadhaar number and mobile number with their ration card are eligible for e-Ration Card.

e-RC shall have the same rights and privileges as Digital Ration Card.

• All concerned authorities shall accept the e-RC at par with DRC.
• e-RC can be verified online anytime by anyone through the embedded QR code, as well as from official website of the Deptt. by entering the e-Ration Card No.
• e-Ration Card holder can download a copy of his e-Ration Card from the website at
• The beneficiaries will be able to visit the Ration Shop to avail the food grains from next working day of approval.
• The e-Ration Card holder will not be required to carry his Digital Ration Card in physical / paper format to receive food grains in a Ration Shop. He can carry a copy of e-Ration Card printed on a plain paper or show a soft copy e-Ration Card on his mobile phone to receive the food grains from the Ration Shop
   

• i. The applicant may submit his online Application.
• ii. He has tovisit website of the Food & Supplies Department www.food.wb.gov.in and
• Click “Services” Menu and Click Tab “Ration Card” and select link for applying for
• new Ration Card as per requirement.
• iii. He will be guided to “Apply for Digital Ration Card”.
• iv. He has to complete the online Application and submit.
• v. Application is approved as per due process.
• vi. On approval of his application, the applicant receives a SMS intimating approval of eRation Card in the same mobile number. The SMSalso contains a link todownload eRation Card as pdf file.
• vii. Applicant can download the e-RC of all family members in PDF format.
• viii. Additionally, after approval of the e-Ration Card, the applicant can login in the website
• www.food.wb.gov.in through OTP received on his RMN and access his dashboard and
• view the e-RCs of his family members any time.Details of all members of the family are
• shown, and e-RCs can be downloaded.

1. The e-Ration Card holder will not be required to carry his Digital Ration Card in physical / paper format to receive foodgarins in a Ration Shop. 

2. e-Ration Card holder can carry a copy of e-Ration Card printed on a plain paper to receive the food grains from the Ration Shop. 

3. e-Ration Card holder can show a soft copy e-Ration Card on his mobile phone to receive the food grains from the Ration Shop. 

4. e-Ration Card holder can also receive the food grains from the Ration Shop by just telling e-Ration Card Number.

5. e-Ration Card holder can download a copy of his e-Ration Card from the website at anytime, at any place and any no. of times.

1. Any person, office or authority, who wants to check the authenticity of the e-RationCard or Digital Ration Card, can visit www.food.wb.gov.in, and click “Verify Ration Card” link in the “Ration Card” Tab of the “Services” Menu.

2. Upon searching with the e-Ration Card number or Digital Ration Card in the Search box, details of the Ration Card would be visible online. User can check the details online against that of the e-Ration Cardor Digital Ration Card given to him.

3. In case of a false or expired or deleted e-Ration Card or Digital Ration Card, the details on the website and that of any provided copy of e-Ration Cardor Digital Ration Card would not match

1. Visit the e-Ration card portal from any mobile and computer or you can download the eKhdya Bondhu Mobile application. also, visit the nearest cyber cafe.
2. Go to the Order Ration PVC card section verify your card details and place an order and pay just 50 rupees.
3. After successful order is placed you have a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 14 days, your card will be delivered through speed post or courier service.

e-Ration card portal is a dedicated portal for e-Ration card printing services for helping the people of West Bengal. After approval of the New Ration Card, Ration card correction, and Ration dealer change, People who need the faster process of DRC can apply and get the PVC Printed ERC within 7 days just for 50 rupees.

Since 2021, the West Bengal government has removed, the application form for Duplicate ration cards from the Government PDS portal on the general application dashboard. Even though the government has declared that "Digital Ration Card and e-Ration Card have same validity", Ration Card holders are repeatedly applying for modified cards (form 5,6,8,13,14) in different ways, and are expecting PVC cards.

As per the Government Guideline of Eration Card holders can download their Ration Card themselves from the Government portal and he/she can print their e-Ration Card in Nomal Peper, a Photo paper or a PVC card of his/her choice.

Average cybercafé also provides the printing service on customer orders in their business location, we are providing the same in the online portal. so, we think, no need for any government permission for this service specified. But we are a registered business under MCA and MSME.

No, there is no service charge no hidden charges. If applying for PVC printing only, printing charges are charged based on the application.

This portal is for e-Ration Card printing services, Now in every part of West Bengal ration Card holders Expected PVC-printed e-Ration Card copies. As per Customer needs, we started the Printing service for Ration Card Holder and served the service for just rupees 50. Although government declare that a PVC-printed eRation card and a normally printed or laminated card are the same validity.

For providing the service on the large we give some commission to the Operator who is working with us, for a single card we charged to customer 50 rupees, But if you are an operator then you have to pay only 45 rupees for a single card. after that every card was charged just rupees 35 and the operator get a commission of up to 130 rupees per order.

To join as an operator, you must first go to the Operator Register Page.

Then according to your convenience, choose the method of registration. In Instant Opening With eKYC, the account is activated instantly, and no documents are required to be uploaded. In the other one Without eKYC, you have to upload the document and it takes up to 7 days for the account to be activated.

The operator needs to input the correct address and Contact details and some basic information like name DOB father's name etc without e KYC mood. and need to upload the document for information verification.

This card contains security features like:

unique QR code in every Ration card to verify your card just scan the QR code from mobile or any QR code scanner and you will see the details of the card from the government PDS portal.

Every Ration card has a barcode on the backside with the serial number of the card to quickly scannable on the ration shop
 

Charges to be paid are Rs.50/- per single Card (Inclusive of GST & Normal post charges). but the customer has to pay for the extra add-ons like the ration dealer signature card/paper.

After receiving orders for Aadhaar PVC Card from the resident erationcard.in handovers printed Ration Card to DoP/courier service within 2 working days (excluding the date of request). E RationPVC Card is delivered to the residents at their registered address filled by the resident during the order using SPEED POST Service of India and e-com express courier services.

PRN is 10  digits Print Request Number generated while raising a request for PCV Ration Card on our website. It will be generated for every new request. In case the request is being retried, the previous number would be reused.

Airway Bill Number is the tracking number that is generated by DoP i.e. India Speed Post for the assignment/product that they deliver
