Short description of Operator job role

1. Performed the instruction given by the company Execute in the ground label.
2. Operate the Mobile Application and collect the data from the offline application form.
3. After filing the application form, the operator has to submit the offline application form to his senior marketing Manager at the district or block label.
4. Ensure the correct information is given by the customer in the offline application.
5. Always operator has to check the self-declaration section offline form signed by the customer.
6. Operator has to be confirmed the customer got the receipt from him so that the customer can track his application status.

Information

1. e-Ration card has the same validity as printed digital ration card and can be used to draw food grains and kerosene oil under a public distributor system for the fair-price shop.
2. This card is digitally printed by erationcard.in it's not a government-printed ration card, it's just a PVC-printed card from a third-party Service provider.
3. Those cards are downloaded from the government PDS portal, we do not input any extra information like correction of name, address, etc.
4. All those cards are printed by the company, and the customer has to pay for this. For a single card was charged 35 rupees. The extra card was 35 Rupees for each card.
5. This Fee is chargeable for PVC printing and sending to the customer's home by post office or courier services. Customers don't have to pay an extra amount service provider.
6. In one application form applicant is able to apply a maximum of 5 members for PVC printed digital e-Ration card
 7. After applying for a digital PVC ration card, you have to wait for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 25 days for delivery.
8. Our company does not claim that this card is a government-provided original card. Our printed card does not have any government hologram sticker as the original card has.
9. Our mission is to provide better PVC quality cards to all the consumers who have suffered and have not gotten the government-provided original card. And they are not able to collect ration from fair price shops. Average cybercafé also provides printing service but their quality is not good as we have.
10. This Service is only for digitally printed e-Ration Cards provided by the Food & Supply Department Government of West Bengal. Any other types of requests are not to be accepted.            
                                
Short Description of Services

In West Bengal, the government has introduced a new pdf format for digital PVC ration cards called e-Ration Card, which can be easily downloadable online through government websites. This online platform (erationcard.in) allows anyone living in West Bengal to apply for a digital PVC e-ration card copy from the comfort of their own home and receive it via home delivery.

All those cards are printed by the company, and the customer has to pay for this. For a single card was charged 35 rupees. The extra card was 35 Rupees for each card. ( if you order 1=35,2=70,3=105,4=140,5=175)
Instruction

1. Operators do not charge an extra amount of money from the customer. If at any time there is a complaint against the operator for taking extra money from the customer then the operator has to pay it himself. 
2. The company will not be responsible. Strict action will be taken against the operator if he/she overcharges Operators can not sell their IDs and are not able to take money from others.
3. After the successful entry of ERC details, the operator can not order the same card again. 
4. The operator can not be forced of miss inform the customer to fill up the application form. In this case, the operator 
5. For fillup in the wrong data for ERC and claiming the amount refund by the operator, they have to wait for a minimum of 7 days
6. The company will not take responsibility if the operator is accused of rude behaviour. The operator can not miss used the data collected from the customer if this type of complaint is proven against the operator company will take action against the operator.
7. As for the company regulation, a minimum of five entries is required per day to continue activating the account. 
8. Maintenant the company dress code during filed timing If the company's software-related problems are encountered while working in the field, the senior manager will immediately inform the manager, in this case, there is no need to contact the company's helpline number directly. 
9. While working in the field, the operator has to handle questions from the general public. For this, full training should be taken from the hiring manager about all the rules and working methods of the company. 
10. If the company is satisfied with the operator then he will be appointed as a permanent employee. The rations card scheme will be employed on a full contractual basis.
